I still can’t figure out why the Democrat Governor and Legislature haven’t Required the various State Pension Funds to completely bankroll this project, the investment opportunity is so great, they should be jumping at the chance to invest THEIR OWN PENSIONS in this Train from Bakersfield to Fresno.
