Defense Secretary Ash Carter on Saturday accused Russia of endangering world order, citing its incursions in Ukraine and loose talk about nuclear weapons, and said the U.S. defense establishment is searching for creative ways to deter Russian aggressive and protect U.S. allies. [...]

Carter said Russia is undertaking "challenging activities" at sea, in the air, in space and in cyberspace.

"Most disturbing, Moscow's nuclear saber-rattling raises questions about Russian leaders' commitment to strategic stability, their respect for norms against the use of nuclear weapons, and whether they respect the profound caution nuclear-age leaders showed with regard to the brandishing of nuclear weapons," he said. ...

I just thought that it would be better if the title of the article was shown so that people knew what the link was to.

Russian and Chinese leaders respect the ability to project overwhelming force and the will to do so as needed. That is all that will hold them in check. The communist dimocrats and their pubbie allies believe niceness and understandings are all we need to ensure peace. Or better yet, in their view, have us utterly destroyed. Why not? By helping our enimies they will surly be kept in power once we are conquered. The seeds of our destruction were sown long ago and they are bearing great fruit.

I understand. I'm posting from an iphone3 and anything more isn't possible. Either a hot link or another post.

Thanks. Yeah, it's a real pain in the butt using a mobile phone for anything like this. I had no idea that was what you were using.

But replacing ISIS with Iran is not a solution. That’s what we get if we allow Russia and China a free hand there. And if Iran is on Israel’s borders, you risk WWIII. Plain and simple.

Didn't say that. Just saying that we do not have a common enemy in isis. isis is a US/NATO creation for the most part.

soetoro's policies in the ME has left it in chaos and appeasement of Iran and Russia have led to them expanding their influence at will.

I wouldn’t know ETL, because I simply support Trump for his stated platform.

It’s Reagan’s platform.

Obama surrended global influence for this country and our former allies. He’s not worried about Russia and China filling the void he created.
