Americans need to become smarter and acquire more skills and to do that our educational system has to be reformed. America used to have all the talent it ever needed. After that, legal immigrants that came her and added to it was just a surplus.

He supports school choice and thinks schools should have to compete for students.
He also thinks the Federal Government has no place in education and thinks it should be controlled at the local level.
He went to a military school and, therefore, thinks discipline needs to be returned to schools. He sympathizes with teachers who love teaching but have their hands tied with all of the outside control.
