Once again, when seconds counted, the police were just too many minutes away.

"Rescue" time was in hours. An another example of my contention that the police are Servpro for the state.

They were milling around outside the building until the gunfire more or less quit. Reminded me of the cops walking along Columbine keeping an ambulance between them and the building with the punk shooters inside.
