First of all there are two words in the title that are antithetical to each other, obama and focussed. And of course with the economy in the toilet, health obamacare unravelling, militant islam (or if you prefer, just plain old islam)wreaking havoc and terror around the world, Black rage coming to fruition due to obama's meddling, real unemployment at astronomical levels, the thing that obama wants to spend his last year on is gun control.

Well he was ineffective as a community organizer, state senator, U.S. senator, and has proven to be ineffective as president year after year after year. Probably the only thing he has ever been effective at is....packing fudge.
