Still don’t understand how Jindal was eligible to be President. Yes, he was born here but neither of his parents were US citizens.

I would suspect it is because Obama was ineligible, yet he is President.

Obama set a PRECEDENT. What is termed in government circles as PAST PRACTICES.

Ever hear of “anchor babies”?

If you are born in the United States, regardless of your parentage, you are a “natural born citizen” and, thus eligible to be president once you have attained the necessary age.
