It’s no small wonder we get crushed every time...The party insists on running deep pocket party loyalists as a reward for service, because it’s their turn, dontchaknow...Who then consistently proceed to yawn, lay down, and go back to sleep, instead of fight...Or pick some numb-nuts without vetting him properly...Or when they have a fighter for a candidate, then proceed to abandon him...Tancredo comes readily to mind!
Just attend a few of the Party luncheons or Men’s Club events (I call ‘em “Meet, Eat and Retreat”) and you’ll see what a circle jerk Colorado Republican politics can be too much of the time...
