What he did do, was to order state agencies to not spend any money on the Syrian refugees.
Which is legally all he COULD do.
Legally? What the heck is that? Like our immigration laws? People WILL be killed by these orphans and widows, and you’re talking about the law, that no one follows anymore? We conservatives better figure out what’s going on and quick. They are literally trying to kill us.
