Sue and be damned.

If we had a REAL American President, we would deliver the legal response in behalf of the Irving Texas school board via drone strike.

Maybe this lawsuit will allow scrutiny of Clock Boy’s actual technical achievement, or lack thereof, and what his motives really were. Agitator Dad’s motives and history should also be examined more closely. These scumbags set this up to stir the pot. Let them now be boiled in it.

Little Precious’ mommy and daddy are looking for a big payday at the expense of taxpayers.

moslem hostility and exploitation of others can be passive-aggressive just as easily as a bomb.

They have forgotten one very important point -

As soon as they sue, they will be subject to extensive discovery. Their depositions will be taken under oath, and they will be required to answer interrogatories and identify and turn over documents.

They are hoping for a quick settlement, because their documents will not stand scrutiny. Here's hoping the city and school district paraphrase the Duke of Wellington and tell them, "Sue and be damned!"

The publicity stunt continues with a frivolous lawsuit. More headlines follow.

This is a shakedown. The attorney, his clients, and their behind the scenes handlers hope the school system and city government will quickly settle out of court for a few million dollars.

Hopefully the local government and school system will go to the mat and force a trial. It is hard to envision a Texas jury doing anything except laughing the plaintiffs out of court. Perhaps in addition to a not guilty verdict from the jury the judge will admonish the plaintiffs and their attorney for filing a frivolous lawsuit. With that, a petition to disbar or discipline the lawyer would be in order. Until we the people and our representatives start corralling the attorneys and their cartel (ABA), this nonsense will continue.

Let them sue, where can they find a jury in America that will all vote for them?

Schools have been expelling kids for drawing lines on a paper that are interpreted as a “gun.” Putting baking soda together with vinegar produces a bubbly mess, which schools have branded as a “bomb.”
The school reacted stupidly with this kid, as they do with all other kids.
The only reason why this kid is being treated differently is because he’s a mozlim. None other. Since others in his group have been murdering humans nonstop for years, his group aquired special privileges.
He deserves nothing.

If you see something, say something.

But only if they are White Christians.

Last night, I heard the male relative still here in Texas, say, the family misses being in Texas. Tough cookies, they were ecstatic with joy when they left Texas for Muslim Qatar.

I followed this case since it happened not far from me. Heard engineer types, after studying the set up in that pencil box, say, it was a certain clock, gave the company name, model, and the year it was made, that he took out of the case and put it in that box.

If you see something, say something, happened to us a few weeks ago. We were coming home in the car and turned into our subdivision going in the back way. When we turned onto this road, there was a cop car with the door open and no cop inside, and his colored lights were turned on. In front of him was a car with the door open and no one inside. To us, it appeared the cop must be chasing the driver since no one was there. That road runs past the police department several miles from where we were.

We went straight to the police department but it was late night and the door was locked. We called them and explained what we saw and the policewoman said they had not had a call from a cop on that road, so they were sending a car there. When we left, still on that road, we saw a cop car pass us heading that way. We wonder if that cop was in trouble but we won’t know what happened. We had to do something because it didn’t look right.

Damages? This incident got the kid turned into an international liberal idol, got him a visit to the White House, potential offers from prestigious universities, and “atta-boy” calls from prominent hi-tech tycoons.

NO. Not a penny, no settlement, nothing.

Any Irving bureaucrat suggesting otherwise needs to be fired ASAP. This is a shakedown built on a scam. It is morally and ethically wrong to make taxpayers pay anything at all.

You have to wonder if this wasn’t the purpose of the incident from the very start - send junior to school with a suspicious looking item, provoke a reaction from school officials who’ve been told “see something/say something” for the last ten years, and sue big-time for damages. It looks like a classic shakedown.
