I would like to see a study of how many serious crimes are committed in the US by recent offenders like this. The public needs to wake up and demand that criminals be taken out of circulation.
There have been studies on this. The answer is, “the vast majority.” That’s why Giuliani’s “tough on small crimes” approach cleaned up NYC.
Can't we just turn them loose on the streets? Maybe they've learned their lessons?
A local cop told me that when they have a crime like this they just check out who has been released on parole lately from the Utah State Prison and they go round him up. Prison releases really do commit 99% of the serious crimes.
