I doubt the Supreme Court would hear the case. But the Natural Born Citizen clause in our Constitution definitely needs to be reviewed and defined. I find it hard to believe the founder thought that a foreign born child with only one US citizen parent would be a natural born citizen. GIs stationed oversea father lots of children are they all NBCs too? What about the children of American trophy wives married to rich Arabs? This really needs to be addressed by the Supreme Court.

The Founders did. Same men wrote the laws of citizenship and naturalization in the first ever Congress, which was signed into law by George Washington himself. All this birther nonsense comes from people who think Bill O’Reilly is a serious historian.
