He was outside the PP building, firing at police, for much of the time.
12 were shot, including the 3 dead.
All evidence so far suggests the crazy guy was trying to elude police, not targeting PP.

Of the 12, only 1 ( dead woman) has been placed inside the clinic.
1 —dead guy—was outside the clinic.
1 was wounded in a moving car in a parking lot.
1 wounded at Elite Vision, an eye clinic next door to PP.
6 were cops, including 1 dead by Chase Bank. Eyewitness at Supercuts saw commotion, cop down at bank nearly 30 minutes before shooter was firing outside and behind PP. This eyewitness statement is corroborated by police scanner.
That accounts for 10 of the 12 shot.
2 remaining victims are neither identified nor placed inside or outside of the clinic.

But what is clear is that shooting originated, and was going on for some time, OUTSIDE of PP, and most of those TARGETTED by the shooter were COPS, and that 2 of the civilians —dead guy on cellphone outside PP, and guy in car, might have been caught in crossfire, possibly even hit by police.
Again, I will say, that police scanner recording should be uploaded to youtube so the whole world can hear it. I don’t know how to do that. (Old is my excuse.) Somebody please do this?

Also, note that the “no more baby parts” quote was first floated by AP, with no specific reporter’s name on the story, quoting an “official who prefers to remain anonymous, not authorized to speak,” and repeated by other news outlets.
This “official” “not authorized to speak” could easily have been a Planned Parenthood official.
Subsequently, official police spokesperson said no motive yet determined, would not confirm the “baby parts” quote.
AP has repeated it and now insists the source—still anonymous—is a police official connected to the investigation.
The real police officials, however, have officially sealed everything, refusing to release even a timeline, identities of all vics, or locations when shot.
PP Rocky Mountain’s official spokeswoman has gone on record stating that “eyewitness statements” “confirm” the shooter’s motive.
(How can an eyewitness see, much less confirm. a motive?)
(And why would a pro-life guy shoot at pregnant women?)
