What we need to do is to close the Executive Order loophole, the Executive Orders are bring used to create regulations that are de facto law. The Constitution says only congress can create laws.

The only remedy is impeachment and removal.

If they can’t get them legal...they’ll get them on the street.

So we’re clear, ending private minimally restricted private transfers of firearms has nothing to do with stopping mass shootings and will not prevent a single mass shooting and will, furthermore, have no impact on the incidence of violent crime in America. This is a necessary step that must be taken prior to confiscation.

Has anyone thought to simply tell this kenyan *sshole that he has no authority to do these things, and if he whatever he does will be ignored?

If the supreme court started passing laws, or congress wrote, passed and implemented legislation without executive signature everyone would just assume these laws were illegal and basically dead letters.

Why does the GOP play along with Obama’s scams?

Expand it to where? You buy a gun in any gun shop and you’re filling out paperwork to no end. In WA you have another form to fill out that’s checked if you’re buying a pistol/revolver. And also you’d need a WA CWP to take it home the same day.

Bribery, blackmail and/or fear of being called racist.

Yep. Bammy is the best salesman the gun industry has ever had. I told the wife this morning that gun business folks are probably on their knees thanking God for Obama.

Note that the corrupt, RINO-controlled Senate is unconstitutionally letting the WH exercise legislative branch powers, arguably to let the WH do Congresss dirty gun control work for it. Congresss irresponsible action concerning the WH will probably help incumbent lawmakers protect their seats in next years election.

And I do not see where in the Constitution that the states have clearly delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate arms for non-militia purposes.

In fact, not only did the Militia Acts of 1792 require qualified men to supply their own arms, but also consider the following.

It is disturbing that federal gun control laws for non-militia purposes seem to have started appearing in the books during the FDR Administration, FDR and the Congress of that time infamous for blatantly ignoring the federal governments constitutionally limited powers.

....yet just requiring a picture ID is too onerous a burden to place on voters, who can do a HELL of a lot more damage than a gun-buyer. Witness The Won, in fact.

The only remedy is impeach and remove. That would mean true patriots in congress. Ergo, the only remedy is to get rid of everyone in congress.

The actual only remedy is the military.

And with their firepower, if the majority of the army would go along with them, they’d eventually get all the guns and Obama would never leave.

I’m not sure Lincoln would have left had it not been for a certain actor. An actor. That sure wouldn’t happen today.
