They’re not trying to take out anyone in Afghanistan. Against the people of the US they’d use their full power.
No. Those are the existing legal remedies. This is an administration that has previously demonstrated a willingness to ignore and violate legal constraints.
The next remedy is also legal, in that it is based on the language of the U.S. Constitution.
