Daniel Estulin (who studies the people at the top of the NWO) was shown a bank statement for the Krupp family (arms merchants in Germany since the 1500s and owners of ThyssenKrupp, shipbuilders and just about anything made out of steel) for 112 Trillion USD. He says that even the Rockefellers (David Rockefeller had a family trust set up in the 1970s for just under 1 trillion dollars) are chump change to the families at the top.
So, yes, Soros is not near the top.
