Severed pig's head left at N. Phila. mosque

Local and federal authorities were investigating reports Monday that someone left a severed pig's head at a North Philadelphia mosque.

An employee at the Al Aqsa Islamic Society mosque found the bloodied head when he arrived around 6 a.m. Monday.

Surveillance video at the site, along Germantown Avenue, captured a red pickup truck that drove twice past the mosque just before 11 p.m. Sunday. On its second pass, someone threw an item from the passenger window, the video shows.

Pigs are considered insulting to Muslims who observe halal dietary laws.

So there's a pig head at their doorstep. What's the big deal? Did anyone force them to eat that head? How does seeing something affect a diet? Seeing is not the same as eating.

Ya know...I called into B’Bart a few ago about John J Pershings fight with the muzzies in the Philippines. Someone had called and told the old story about what happens with muzzies if they touch pork...even if they are buried with it. I went on the research the story and although I find no evidence of Ol Black Jack having done it, I found that the Brits seemed to have done it and it appears to be true-they cant get to their 72 virgins if they touch or are buried in pork. Maybe Ol Black Jack did do it.
