The Isis Papers: leaked documents show how Isis is building its state

A leaked internal Islamic State manual shows how the terrorist group has set about building a state in Syria and Iraq, The Guardian reveals.

Dated some time between July and October 2014 (the 24 page document is linked in article: THE ISIS PAPERS: A MASTERPLAN FOR CONSOLIDATING POWER), it details how Isis will build separate training camps for regular troops and veteran fighters. Veterans, it says, should go on a fortnight's refresher course each year to instruction in the "latest arts of using weapons, military planning and technologies".

The document reveals for the first time that Isis always intended to train children in the arts of war. Isis propaganda from this year has clearly shown children being drilled , and even made to shoot captives. Children will receive "training on bearing light arms" and "outstanding individuals" will be "selected from them for security portfolio assignments, including checkpoints,patrols".

The text highlights the need for Isis to achieve a UNIFIED CULTURE ENCOMPASSING FOREIGNERS AND NATIVES(caps mine) and set out the need for self-sufficiency by establishing its own independent factories for local military and and safe zones.

Friends, this is the foundational Isis document for an International Worldwide Caliphate. It is ancient in concept and principle, regarding Sharia Law and based on Jihad to make the world Muslim, the second most righteous act in Islam. This is the moral imperative and purpose of this and any Caliphate since the seventh century. It is exceeded only by the first most righteous requirement in Islam to: To love Allah with all one's heart, that He is One God and Muhammad is His prophet.

There will be no peace, until all submit to Islam; to make peace would be mortal sin. There is no concession,no understanding that can change this, As long a Islam exists We will be at war, and need to prepare physically and especially mentally. May we respect and return to the True Living God of our Fathers to give us the strength to do whatever is required to prevail.

Nothing has changed except modernizing technology, propaganda outreach and a Civil Service.

I leave with the words of Gen.Stanley McChrystal(ret.) who read this document: "If the West sees Isis as an almost stereotypical band of psychopathic killers, we risk dramatically underestimating them ".
