The San Damiano Cross (the Franciscan Cross) has been officially hung over the entrance door in the Main Session Hall of the Council of Ministers of Poland, right opposite the Prime Minister`s chair. The decission has been accepted unanimously by all Ministers of the Polish Goverment.
As a result of the October`s general elections, the conservative party Law & Justice gained the absolute majority in the Polish Parliament and since then has formed a government which replaced 8 year-old rules of the liberals of the Civic Platform.
The cross has been hung in place of the wall clock, which was on that spot during the rules of the liberals of the Civic Platform with PM Donald Tusk and then PM Ewa Kopacz.
According to the Franciscan story, one day in the San Damiono church in Assisi, Italy, St. Francis was praying devotedly, when he suddenly heard Jesus Christ speaking to him from the cross, "Francis, go rebuild My house; as you see, it is all being destroyed."
Some commentators speculate, those words of Jesus from the San Damiano Cross have become the motto for the conservative Polish Government, and become decisive in chosing the San Damiona Cross to be officially displayed in the Main Session Hall of the Council of Ministers in Warsaw.

We'd surely have the same now had we lost the October's election. The Civic Platform wanted to adopt up to 100,000 muslims (together with their families).
Now, they would surely oppose the Christmas Trees in Poland as a religious symbol that collides their faith.
Good! May our Lord Jesus watch over them and direct them to govern according to His ways.
