Well, duh. Implementing a new requirement on the basis of an arbitrary and capricious list is slightly unconstitutional. Not that they care. Will san fran nan get back in for another term. Uh, heck yeah. Some people.

We have to be added to the list to find out who’s in it.

BTW, it is crucial that in this coming election, Democrats run on only one issue: A universal ban on all firearms.

These idiots don’t care about the Constitution until someone wants to prevent their Muzzie pals from taking over the country.

This witch is just creepy enough to support putting all political opponents on the list.

These incompetent Marxists (Hi Nancy) just keep pandering to the radical anti-Constitutional left. It is how they stay employed...because of the fools and idiots that keep voting them back in. In this case, San Fran. Speaks for itself.

In way that is too bad. There is no Constitutional right to fly so the list remains beyond due process (not that it cannot be challenged). But add a 2nd Amendment tie in there and watch the fun begin.

She comes from the same district that the porn star Annie Sprinkle lives in. What's that tell you about the neighborhood?

If they were to use a list, any list, it would give them a tiny lever with which to change laws pertaining to guns and gun ownership. It would create a precedent. Over time, the no-fly list would be substituted with other lists— “more accurate” lists. Over time, we’d find 150 million American names on such lists.
