I would like to see Shoeless Joe Jackson in the Hall before Pete Rose is given serious consideration.After Pete passes on, the Hall of Fame could have a special induction ceremony for Pete, Shoeless Joe, and other rule-breakers whose excellent on-the-field play was overshadowed by their transgressions, to include steroid and PED users. Their busts would be shown in a segregated exhibit hall /section, i.e. keeping them apart of the rest of the Hall.

That's been my stance all along. Both should be in the hall of fame, but as Shoeless Joe has already passed, I have no problem seeing Rose inducted after he has left this Earth.

I would like to see Shoeless Joe Jackson in the Hall before Pete Rose is given serious consideration.Not sure an outfielder with 1772 career hits and 54 career home runs has the numbers to get in the hall. I realize his career was cut short but he had something to do with that. Sometimes very good players have a career ending injury that prevents them getting the numbers required to be voted in.
