Federal prosecutors have decided to bring criminal charges against the friend and former neighbor of one of the San Bernardino shooters.
Several federal law enforcement officials tell NBC News that the first criminal charges to stem from the massacre will be brought against Enrique Marquez, a long-time friend and former neighbor of gunman Syed Rizwan Farook. The charges could be filed as early as Thursday....

Sounds like this guy could be charged with several crimes. And it sounds like he could be a gold mine of information if he doesn't prove to be a nutcase with a twisted imagination. - He'd also said that there were sleeper cells all around waiting to carry out some attack.

This Enrique Marquez character has been just volunteering information about things that could get him decades in prison. I hope he's together enough to stand trial and provide whatever legitimate information he might have about terrorists in that area. But he looks and has been acting like he might be a little out there.
I wonder if someone like Erich Segal should write the story of Farooq and Enrique?
Wow, color me impressed. The government clown brigade missed the main action, can’t believably say for sure how many shooters there were, can’t say for sure anything about the shooters plans, etc. but they can come up with charges against an obviously mentally retarded groupie.
