I think that’s what I’d do.

Why do we still have elections? There lied to get elected. They lied when elected. They will lie when they run again. Ryan, McCain, Graham, Cornyn just to name a few. They are not representing us. There was once a revolution and it was because there was taxation without representation as I recall. Is it any different now? It is time to “dump some tea.” To have a Lexington and Concord.

What a stupid message.

To the conservatives in Paul Ryan’s district and districts around the U.S.: VOTE FOR A NON-POLITICIAN CITIZEN-STATESMAN AND VERIFY HIS ACTIONS ONCE HE’S IN THERE!!

Elections are just like a treaty. TRUST AND VERIFY. You trust him with certain powers but you verify how he uses them. If he lines his pockets and doesn’t keep government in check then THROW THE BUM OUT and keep doing it until these yokels get the message.

Is there a Tea Party candidate in that district who could run?

He can be primaried first. While task number one is still getting Trump or Cruz nominated, task 1A is finding Ryan’s primary opponent.

I intend to send his opponent all the money I can afford, even a democrat. Something I have never done in my entire life.

My only regret is I will not be able to do the same with Rubio the Tamale Wagon guy.

I notice TX House member McCall, who has been all over FOX decrying Homeland Security failures but stepped up and voted WITH Ryan for this anti-American Bill!

He, along with Issa and almost all in leadership, save Goudy, have voted FOR this bill!

Sorry, but no. I might not vote for a Republican, but the day I meet my maker I will look at him and say that whatever my faults may have been, at least I never voted for a democrat.

If Republicans want to govern against their base, how do any incumbents intend to win their seat back without us? As far as I’m concerned, I’m done with them.

NOOOOOOOO! Never the better way. Knock him out in the primary. Fight his leadership position. Repeal or impeach or whatever it is you do to remove someone. Do not under any circumstances vote for the Dem. That’s like saying you will avoid a cobra by befriending a viper.

If you can’t primary Ryan out the this may be the only option.

The GOPe will do nasty tricks to protect their boys. In Utah years ago Mike Leavitt didn’t get enough delegate votes to stand for reelection as Governor. The Establishment called a break. Most of the delegates left the chamber. The Old Boys got their delegates to sneak back in early, closed the doors and “appointed” a couple hundred new “delegates” called a quorum and thus gave Leavitt the nomination.

Yet another example of how corrupt the Utah GOP is.

It’s the only way the Republicans will fear the loss of their cushy jobs.

Ryan is in a very competitive distrinct (+3% Republican), so it wouldn’t take a lot in the general election to unseat him, depending on who his Dem opponent is.

If you can’t stomach voting for a Democrat, just leave that race as a “No Vote”, which would be a 1 vote difference in the counts, versus voting for the Dem which would be a 2 vote difference in the counts.

And before I am accused of being a shill for the democrats, I ask that you think about all the Establishment donors who said that if Trump or Cruz is the Republican nominee, that they will vote for Hillary.

It sticks in my craw, but if I lived in Ryan's district, I would have to consider this proposition. While you and I don't always agree, in this case, you are on to something very valid.

If paul ryan, in a 'safe district' ala eric cantor, is kicked to the curb, for a demonRAT, the remaining pubbies would crap in their depends for days on end.

Idiocy.

Wherever you are in the country, the Republican is almost always better than the Democrat. That is a law of nature.

There are no good Democrats alive, either in the wild or in captivity.

Another thing you should know: moves like this one are often organized by liberal Democrats.

The same goes for some ads run in the Republican primary. Some of the most vicious ones are paid for by shadowy, ad hoc groups allied with the Democrats. The idea is to foment residual grudges among the Republicans, which gives them an advantage in the general election.

This is why Reagan had the 11th Commandment.

Just heard on the snooze at the top of the hour a clip of Ryan that they have passed more bills in his short tenure than before him. What an ass he is.
