Yes, I was hoping today to find something on YouTube related to the grand opening of Wollan Rink. I am dumbfounded to have found this clip.
Also be sure to read my link to the NYTimes editorial on Wollman that same day, which I just posted. Another great find.
Google search results of “November 13, 1986” and “Wollman” are extremely sparse. I am amazed so little information is out there.

I hope you preserve the text of the article & should probably download the video, too. Just an abundance of caution. Would be a shame if there was an accident or something with that interweb thingy.

the history channel or discovery or some such channel has been running a show called ‘the making of Donald trump’ that goes through his rise to power- failures, successes etc- has lots of video of him in his younger years-
