It Would hardly surprise me if BHO’s last act would be to declare himself president for life

I can tell you, as an older student (finally, I get to go to college, yay!). We’ve built a PC environment where preference is given to weakness. So now you’ve got all the meangirl types running around complaining that they have psychological maladies and whatever else, nobody is supposed to compete, and the foreign students sail into all this happy horseshit, which BTW created the opportunity they have, and the only ones (at least that I’ve seen) who do battle for academic supremacy with these jokers, are the students who have worked for a living. And oh, BTW, the students who have worked for a living are now considered too old to hire in tech!
If this didn’t seem so contrived, you could call it a perfect storm, but storms are acts of God, and this is not!
I don’t care WHAT they say about Trump, he understands competition, he understands capitalism, he has a brain and knows how to use it!
I’d be thrilled if Sessions/Cruz were able to shut this down. The question is, does anybody believe it will happen?

Glad to hear it! (Want to be on my H-1B ping list?) Sure. We can find common ground on this.

Introducing and debating a bill is a good way to get on TV. Yes of course. Not sure why precisionshootist doesn't see that.

All these guys have been "publicizing" the wrongdoings of this administration for years but have actually done exactly squat to stop it. Results are the only thing that matter and the end result has been the Democrats advancing the left agenda absolutely unopposed No. Only a few have been publicizing the wrongdoings of this administration. McConnell and Boehner have not. That's one of the reasons whey it is taking so long.

Obama being removed is as likely as this bill being passed.
But surely someone can get in front of the cameras and explain to the American people that their tuition for their college kids is for naught as Obama wants to bring in foreigners to get those jobs.
Employers are all about hiring veterans. Why isn’t there also a push to HIRE AMERICANS?

If I’m reading it right this will be unlike H1B graduates who possess skill in short supply and have a sponsor employer. Foreign graduates will be able to compete with debt burdened American graduates for any job even McDonalds.

H1B graduates who possess skill in short supplyLargely a myth:
'Under this system, employers classify
- 52 percent of H-1B workers at the lowest skill level, where they command a wage at the 17th percentile for the occupation and location.
- 30 percent at the next lowest skill level, where they command a wage at the 34th percentile.
- 12 percent at the next skill level, where they command the median (or actual prevailing wage).
- 6 percent at the highest skill level, where they command a wage at the 67th percentile.
'Notice that H-1B workers are "highly skilled" when industry wants more of them, but those very same workers become low-skilled when determining what they have to be paid.'

Wouldn’t that do in his hopes of becoming president of the United Nations for life?
