He changed his mind because of “changed circumstances.”
That is so lame.
The only thing that has changed about the H-1B program in the last 16 years is that Cruz is running for president.
And he still won’t admit that he supported work permits for illegal immigrants in 2013.
He claims he was trying to trick the Democrats, or something - but he forgot to tell us about that part of his strategy until two years later.
The man is not credible on the issue of immigration
