Congress has "failed to act" on Obama's gun-grabbing because it is the will of the majority of the PEOPLE that Congress NOT do so.

Obama represents the will of marxists, socialists, fascists, liberals, leftists, Democrats, peaceniks, the fifth-column media, dupes and ISIS. The support of these entities embolden him to exercise dictatorial moves to further their common agenda...the destruction of everything that made this country great.
