sraeli prosecutors will file charges Sunday against four Jews for their involvement in "severe terror against Arabs and their property", the justice ministry said.
Security officials told AFP Saturday night the charges are linked to the July firebombing of a Palestinian home in the West Bank village of Duma, which resulted in the death of three members of the Dawabsha family.
A statement from the justice ministry noted that two of the suspects, who will be charged at the Lod district court, were minors.
The Israel Security Agency (ISA, also known as the Shin Bet or Shabak) has held suspects under administrative detention, denied some of the right to see a lawyer part of the time and used physical force during investigations.
Supporters of the suspects denounced those methods as torture.
The Shin Bet denies using any illegal methods, and has stressed that the entire investigation was conducted under the supervision of State Attorney Yehuda Weinstein.
Eighteen-month-old Ali Saad Dawabsha was killed and his parents fatally injured in the July 31 firebombing. His four-year-old brother was the sole survivor from the immediate family.

This is a difficult question to ask, Eleutheria, but I'm curious. Have the homes of these four Israeli terrorists been demolished?
Thanks.
They’ve only been charged so far. I’d expect at least a conviction before such a step. Also, what if they’re renters?
Oops...Based on reports from around the world, including Israel, I was under the impression that suspicion of terrorism was sufficient to bulldoze a family home.
Is that not right?
For a second there I thought this was in Russia and they attacked The Duma.
No. Due process is alive and well here, usually.
You sure about that?
You mention reports. Can you be more specific, or do I have the burden of proving a negative?
You ask a fair question, and I’m sorry but I didn’t save the links to the news outlets reporting Israel bulldozed the homes of suspected terrorists (many of the houses bulldozed were in the West Bank after the kidnapping of three Israeli youths).
I withheld comment on the reports of bulldozed homes—preferring to assume this is Israel’s way of dealing with all terrorists-—bringing the families into the mix and punishing them—before any charge or trial of either the suspect or the family.
I’m simply asking if my faith was well-placed. Thanks.
Here’s what a search of A7 has uncovered. I’d have to go through each to read the legal disposition of the cases, assuming they weren’t shot dead on the spot while committing their crimes, which is always a heart-warming disposition.
This is terrific..and I will review the information on your link.
In the meantime, I repeat my question: Have the homes of the suspected Israeli terrorist been demolished?
Thanks.
Seems like you aren’t merely curious, but rather making a point. Go ahead, spit it out...
No. I climbed out on a limb—all by myself—defending Israel’s decision to abolish homes w/o charge or trial after the kidnapping of three Israelis.
I did so clinging to that branch with bloody fingernails because I believed this is how Israel would treat anyone and his /her family suspected of terrorism.
I was laughed at and dismissed.
I want to know who was right, me-—or the ones who mocked me.
According to the Israeli AG, they should be at some stage assuming these are the culprits, but I doubt they would be at this point, on account of the due process considerations, already allegedly stepped on during interrogation of one suspect.
If you'd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

I would say that I personally believe bulldozing non-citizen homes without due process is fine.
So, that brings up the following question: Do you know that the prior bulldozed homes were those of Israeli citizens, or merely residents?
Forget it, CM. Right_in_Virginia is just being a concern troll, and a bit of a richard cranium at that.
Just how often does the PLA charge their people for terrorism against Israelis?
Whenever pigs fly.
If you'd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.

Not really news, Israel has a justice system. Someone ping me when the palestinian authority or hamas arrests someone for attacking a Jew or Christian.
