The only problems I see are the high price tag for the weapons, and black hole you find when trying to find reports of real-world performance.
Been playing around with the Armscor Rock Island TCM 1911 with the Staggered mag. It came with a 9mm spare barrel and spring yet 22TCM is primary caliber out of the box.

Weary of bottle neck round like 44WCF, 357SIG, .224Timbs, 224BOZ etc as under hard use they tend to slip or creep or setback in the case. Even with factory ammo. 7.62x25 Tok being the exception....
Still a Beretta 70S/71 fan for a concealable little .22.
