Well then Mr. Trump offers Cruz the veep and if Senator Cruz says no, then Mr. Trump asks Senator Cruz for Senator Rubio’s phone number

I am betting the only reason Bush is still in the race,(Aside from a Rove and friends payday) is to get that veep slot with either Trump or Cruz at the top of the ticket.
