Term limits actually don’t stifle free speech, they stifle the political class.

When the populous was few in number, term limits were a bad idea. There are plenty of qualified individuals who cannot break thru in a primary due to the 2 party system propping itself up with funding of its candidates.

If I like my congressman, I should be able to keep my congress, your temper tantrums not withstanding. On the other hand, if you are successful in your campaign to oust said congressman, I need to accept it, right? Or should I then throw a temper tantrum and try to change the rules?
