The Birth of Ted Cruz was not registered with the Department of State when it should have been.   That means he is doubly not eligible.   Impeach Roberts and make Ted Cruz the Chief Justice.

Ted Cruz's parents assumed he was a citizen because his mother was, so they never even registered his birth with our State Department.   Ted only was made to realize he had no proof of American citizenship when he was fourteen and was asked for proof of birth.   At time he applied for and received United States citizenship papers.   And that is the very definition of not being a Natural born citizen.

My daughter, born in the Azores Island, Portugal in a USAF Hospital having a American Citizen Certificate of Live Birth Abroad from the U. S. Consulate in Ponta Delgada, along with her American Passport, is more eligible to become President than Ted Cruz.

And yes, her passport picture was of an angry infant baby crying.

Why would anyone need to see Ted Cruz's mother's birth certificate?   Her Birth Certificate was never an issue.

Ted Cruz has the Canadian Birth Certificate.
