Iran has released two United States Navy patrol boats and 10 crew members who were described as "trespassing" in Iranian waters near a major naval base, state news media reported on Wednesday.
The Pentagon and the State Department said that one of the boats had experienced mechanical problems en route to Bahrain from Kuwait on a routine mission on Tuesday, and the Iranians appeared to have accepted that explanation.

No doubt they want that $150 billion and no one in this administration cares about the 4 prisoners and Iran knows it. What a missed opportunity to get them released. I hope Trump and Cruz really hammer that.

I believe that 150 BILLION is assests frozen since the 1970’s, not tax money. Your point, however, is still valid.
What do SEALs have to do with this? The story refers to Marines and to “sailors” aboard the boats. No mention of SEALs.

the response to this kidnapping should have been the firm assurance 100 cruise missiles will be rearranging Tehran inside of 60 minutes if the sailors and their ships, with topped off fuel tanks, we’re not released immediately.
Report in UK news said they were supposed to rendezvous with a Navy supply ship to refuel, Never made the hookup, and one boat ran out of fuel.
