You’re right. It ain’t any more complicated than that. Problems arise when government, mostly through public schools, tries to force diversity upon We the People.
I recall a Truth or Consequences show, maybe from the 70's where a young couple were asked whether this was literally true.
They had on the stage a large cage, suspended by a rope, which contained several each of chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and perhaps others. The matter would be settled when the cage was raised.
After short consultation, the couple decided that the adage was NOT true, but when the cage was raised, the birds congregated into like groups, literally quicker than the eye could see. It was instant, and quite amazing.
Now one could quibble over the applicability of this literal truth to comparatively arbitrary human groupings, but the more subtle point is that the couple decided that the adage was false in its premise. I think the obvious reason they did so was because of liberal indoctrination against the notion. That was in the 70's... and now? ... and now? ...
