I’m Catholic. I used to joke with my friend, who is an Episcopalian, that he was more Catholic than I was.
Wonder what is going on.

This hasn’t been confirmed.

The linked article was interesting in that it didn’t indicate what changes needed to take place to reverse this vote in three years. If its a censure, what is the larger communion expected to reverse it? The article doesn’t say.

Good, might possibly wake up some Episcopals that the ECUSA has been run right off the (Biblical) rails
(but so has the UK Anglican church, what about them?)

Kevin Eckstrom, director of communications for Washington National Cathedral, the seat of newly-installed Presiding Episcopal Bishop Michael Curry, said: It is not unlike a couple who are having marital problems and are sleeping in separate bedrooms. Maybe now they are going to formalize the separation.
Yes. Maybe they're going to get a divorce.

Interesting. And I thought the Anglican Church was even less Orthodox and more new age than the Episcopalian. I had that wrong.

The Anglican Communion needs to be VERY careful of this. The American Episcopalian “Church” may merge with Sunni Islam and engage in jihad against the Anglicans. /sarc

American Episcopals have been taken over by militant homos. They don’t worship God or Christ, but the Phallus and the High Holy Rectal Prolapse.

I became a reformed Episcopalian in 1969. I was into it all the way until I started seeing the liberal trainwreck the church was becoming.
My BS detector went off on the issues of "social justice" and "immigrant rights" even way back them. Our local church acted like it's doctrine was formulated straight from Das Kapital.

Finally !
They wanted sanctions against the Anglican Church of Canada for doing the same as TEC.
They didn’t get that but the reference to “Other Provinces” includes the ACoC.
