International sanctions on Iran will be lifted on Saturday when the United Nations nuclear agency declares Tehran has complied with an agreement to scale back its nuclear program, Iran‘s foreign minister said.
Foreign Minister Javad Zarif arrived in Vienna, headquarters of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N. body expected to issue a report triggering the lifting of sanctions imposed by the United Nations, United States and European Union.
The sanctions have cut off a nation of nearly 80 million from the global financial system, drastically reduced the exports of a major oil producer and imposed severe economic hardship on ordinary Iranians. Most will be lifted immediately.
Even before the expected announcement, Iran‘s Mehr news agency reported on Saturday that executives from two of the world‘s largest oil companies, Shell and Total, had arrived in Tehran for talks with the state oil company and tanker company.

And yet, because of Kerry and the First Moslem,
Americans are still held hostage by the Mullahs.
“scale back” means ... we’ve got what we wanted .... perfected the system .... miniaturized it .... stuck it in a wristwatch .... and we can more openly act like we’ve complied
Same guy that told us this doesn't look like a bomb.

"Ten Yemeni terrorists have been given a ringside seat to the violence and civil war wracking their homeland now that the Obama administration has quietly transferred them from the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to the Middle East of nation of Oman, right next door to Yemen.
Oman officials announced the 10 were in the country as part of a âtemporary stay.â The U.S. could not ship the terrorists from Gitmo to Yemen because federal law prohibits such direct transfers due to the war and chaos in Yemen, which is the home base of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). At least three former Gitmo detainees have assumed leadership roles with al Qaeda after the Obama administration freed them.
The release was harshly criticized by Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H."

“and imposed severe economic hardship on ordinary Iranians.”
The hardships were imposed by their gov’t.
Too much money was spent on expanding their ‘revolution’ and supporting terrorism worldwide and as usual their citizens paid that price.
“whenever something big is happening and sucking all the oxygen out of the air the regime is pulling a fast one somewhere else”
Very true
GENESIS 12:3..."And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee..."
Galatians 6:7
Just breaking that they have been released.
Huh. Always on a weekend with these people. Wonder why trust in government is in the dumper.
And not like there is the greatest amount of sympathy for government employees, but every friday night or weekend action requires dozens to hundreds of them to needlessly work (and were probably paid) overtime to pull these actions off. Do it a day or two different and money is saved as well as trust in government not further degraded.
