Trump is not an establishment leader.
Ted is in the establishment. Trump isn’t.
Ted is a sitting Senator in Washington.

D1, not EVERY Senator or Congressman is part of the DC, GOPe establishment.
You know that.
Cruz is more concerned with his constituents than the establishment.

Maybe in the literal sense, but I wouldn't exactly call Ted 'establishment' in the context we use around here, given how much the establishment hates him.
I believe the headline is another of those intended to stoke animosities between the two camps.
