What is this all about???? Here in Colorado, a foot of snow is a light dusting. C’mon people, it’s Winter. Is this a snow microaggression? Do we need to set up a safe place without snow? Do we need snow therapy?

Here the heavy wet snow freezes at night pulling trees over the power lines then you’re out of electricity for days or weeks. That’s not solved by shoveling the driveway

The snow here on the east coast is different than on the west coast. Our snow is heavy due to the humidity.

And people who have no experience with storms of this size will die or come close because they don't know how to handle it.

People have no business being out in it.

So although it's not likely to level someone's house, it is a major strong storm and will do enough damage.

Just because you decided to live somewhere where you can look down on others for not being used to what you always have to deal with doesn't mean everyone is equipped or able to handle it.

Your superior to thou-ness has been duly noted.

Good to know that the authorities in the affected areas are well prepared and hopefully the storm will pass without any loss of life.

Some concerned citizen even asked if she should allow her children to go outside!
