I agree with the Repub candidates having an opportunity, what you said plus hammering about the rule of law again being trampled by ‘Rats - it plays to Trump and Cruz.
If you play it out, and take into consideration the popular anger (and everyone openly saying the “big ones” get off while us little people would go to jail...) if the FBI says indictment...and if Obama or Lynch refuses...I think all hell is going to break loose. I mean real outrage. It will be interesting to see what happens, but what happens next will further define the divisions, that already run deep. Remember too...this would be part of Obama’s “legacy.” Does he want that? I don’t think so. Nixon’s pardon will always be Ford’s legacy.
Keep in mind also that David Petraeus was fined $100,000 and is potentially going to be demoted for a security breach trivial in comparison.
I think the FBI will recommend indictment and the DOJ will ignore it. Trump will be able to run on just bashing her for not getting indicted. And bashing the DOJ at the same time. A twofer.

we have a REAL reason to put these people away and they wont,
but even obummer didn’t pursue any crazy prosecution of the former pres and vp.
