They will drag their feet and stonewall, as will the DOS. Then, if it looks like Trump is going to win, quickly indict and let her get off with a slap on the wrist. Then she cannot be put into prison by Trump as it would be 'double jeopardy'.
Everyone around the Clintons goes to jail or the morgue, but never the Clintons. Huma might be in trouble though.
