It's doesn't have to be marked 'classified' in order to be classified. As Secretary of State, she knows what is classified information and what isn't. Just because she and her minions removed the classification markings prior to sending the emails doesn't remove the classified nature of the information.

Exactly. She's used "marked classified" before. It's pure parsing and obfuscation. The honest agents in the FBI (and, yes, I believe there are plenty) must burn when they hear her using BS phrases like that.

She is right. None of the material she sent on to contributors was marked “classified”. Why, do I know this to be a fact? Because classified is not a document classification that is used to describe material she receives. It is Top Secret, SAP etc. Not classified.
