If false, then there is something going on in those houses. I was a CPS worker and you can’t willy nilly take kids on a whim. You must get approval from a supervisor and then it goes in front of a judge. There’s a lot more than just walking in and dragging them out in five minutes. With the foster kids, it may have been to move them to a different location if their parents moved, or because the court ordered them moved or they went back to the parents or a million other reasons. Fostering is temporary not permanent. FYI, there is an attorney ad litem assigned to each and every child who works for the child’s best interest and is their voice in court. They aren’t left out to dry all alone. That’s a boatload of people who must be in on your little conspiracy.
