DONALD J. TRUMP has made a shrewd bet. For the first time since he descended an escalator in Trump Tower last June to announce that this time, he really was running for president, he ceded control of his campaign message. He handed the Trump-bedecked podium over to Sarah Palin.
Mr. Trumpâs bet: When the politician most fluent in American rage roars, the movement she gave voice to in the fall of 2008 will roar back today.

Is that Niccole “Katie Couric’s best buddy” Wallace?
Wallace still parasiting off of Sarah Palin.
Missed the double letter. “Nicolle”
I read crap like this, and wonder how the Left became so influential in our lives. Thinking about the answer is scary.
Gee maybe if the defiantly corrupt, incompetent Political/Media/Business machine would stop narcassitically worshiping their own supposed “brilliance” and started listening to the voice of the people, this “Rage” would not be needed to shake them out of their corrupt little bubble worlds.
I think you have to go back to the Old Regime in France just prior to their Revolution to find an “elite” so out of touch with the valued and concerns of its people.
They brainwashed the kids in school at an early age. Quite easy with such a captive audience. Now those kids are grow.
Pray America wakes
Once a Palin hater, always a Palin hater. All Wallace can do now is to continue to bad-press the person she was paid to promote in the 2008 campaign but was instead a backstabber to Palin along with impish Steve Schmidt.
The “Mama Grizzly” still has got it!
Sarah living rent free in their heads.
People are still reading the NYTs in the U.S.?
Who knew?
PDS and TDS can be fatal.
Hard to tell the difference between the NY Times and some of these conservative blogs these days.
-------------------------------------------------
It's a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages. The first one being "demoralization". It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation. Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy exposed to the ideology of [their] enemy. In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generation of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism; American patriotism....
The result? The result you can see ... the people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, and educational systems. You are stuck with them. You can't get through to them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern [alluding to Pavlov]. You cannot change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.
In other words [for] these people the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible. To rid society of these people you need another 15 or 20 years to educate a new generation of patriotically minded and common sense people who would be acting in favor and in the interests of United States society.
--Yuri Bezmenov Interview from 1984
People keep saying that there is “rage”, and that “rage” is a poor basis for taking action.
The “rage” is more like incredulity, as in “Oh, NO! He DIN’T!” No matter how outrageous the previous excesses and oversteps of propriety may have been, the Current Regime finds new ways to inflame and disparage all that was found to be practical and tested by time
Sure, things changes. But not by THAT much.
We want our country back.
Explains a lot, doesn’t it ?
What’s funny(or scary) is that he told us that over 30 years ago, and we ARE NOW where he predicted we would END UP.
We can cite Ayn Rand and Aldous Huxley and William F Buckly and all KINDS of interesting people and reading .... but Yuri sits there so relaxed and speaks to G. Edward Griffin, who at that time was a member of the John Birch Society, an anticommunist group. In 1984.
In the interview, Bezmenov explained the methods used by the KGB for the gradual subversion of the political system of the United States.
And we here in America have been infiltrated utilizing our own laws, freedoms and culture ...
Kind'a like suicide by cop ... we walk into a situation daring the cop to DO something ... so he does and justifiabl;y so
Today has been a WAKE THE F UP, AMERICA day for me.
As I said in my post “Thinking about the answer is scary.”
Yes, NOW they are grown.
