BTW, it's a good article, but with a bad headline. The headline gives little insight to the article, which explains why this thread has so few comments.
Conservatives reading the article are just slowly digesting the enormity that the leading candidate for the GOP nomination is, in fact, an authoritarian wallowing in Caesarism. And he got there with conservative support on a few key issues, articulated early before the whole package began to emerge.
I myself said a month ago, I prefer Ted Cruz but would be acquiescent in a Trump win. Now I'm wondering why I thought what I did, because his former support of Shrillary was known then, too.
