Hillary's email scandal now potentially a matter of high treason

Memories of the Walker family spy ring and British double agent Kim Philby could be resurrected if a new angle of the FBI investigation works toward its logical conclusion. Catherine Herridge of Fox News reports that the FBI is going directly to the intelligence agencies that generated the assessments to determine the original classification level.

The investigators "will go directly to depose specific individuals in agencies who generated the highly classified materials."

This is the prudent and smart thing to do in order to get specifics on the classification authority and to compare original documents with those that were stripped of classification markings. But there is potentially something deeper and more sinister going on.

If the phrase doesn’t exist anywhere then how can it have a specific meaning?

It has a specific meaning in the UK, where the term originated, but has no legal meaning at all in the US.

"High" Treason was acting against the Crown, or its agents, directly, whereas "Petit' or "Petty" Treason was a crime against what was considered 'the natural order' such as a servant injuring or killing a master or mistress, or a wife killing her husband.

In accordance with The Constitution, there is only the crime of Treason (in fact, the only crime defined within said document), with a very specific definition. "High" Treason, as a term does not appear within The Constitution...

looks like I answered by own question. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_and_Ethel_Rosenberg

If you read the wikipedia article, the conviction and death sentence were for 'conspiracy to commit espionage', not treason. To my best knowledge, *nobody* has ever been executed in the US on a conviction of a charge of treason, and precious dammned few have even been charged with said crime, as The Constitution made it difficult to prosecute, by design...

If the rumors about Hillary’s conversion to Islam in the 1990s are true,

I've never heard that one before. I don't think the Clintons have deep religious convictions of any kind.

That’s nice, but the USA and FR isn’t the UK.

Her steadfast advocacy of Sharia Law has been well documented. Google it.

Doesn’t it fall under espionage? Losing secrets?

Handing them over to foreign agents and “simply losing” them are two way different things. You know what I mean.

U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 37 › § 793

18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

That's what I was thinking of.

if all goes well, the Trump AG will call the shots

It might take that long to develop the air tight case

Or hillary could resign the race and it might go away

There only one candidate that would pursue criminal charges on high level uniparty members, Trump.

When I was a serving officer of the U.S. Army, I was involved in one of the biggest espionage cases in the history of this country: the Clyde Conrad case. Clyde worked for me and I trusted him explicitly, as did my boss and all the way up to the Division Commander. We relied on Clyde and gave him the keys to the kingdom.

He turned out to be a traitor and in spite of my bad judgment, I helped to catch him and send him to prison for life where he died in misery as he deserved.

Clyde sold NATO defensive plans to the Hungarians who passed them on to the Soviets. Our tactical plans were compromised for every single day that Clyde Conrad had access to those plans. It was a major compromise of our ability to protect the Western World during the Cold War. He deserved a bullet in his brain, but the end was not to be for this scum, he died of natural causes.

What Hillary has done is far worse. Her private email server has been certainly compromised by the Chinese, the Russians, and who else. The security of the United States was thrown away in order to advance the political ambition of Hillary Clinton. The likely that all of the politicians, including the so called Republicans will gloss over this makes me physically sick.

It can be stated she was Secretary of State to advance her political ambitions.

She disregarded the security because just plain didn’t give a damn. Security is a right wing thing

recall that for many months, the people in the clinton White House didn’t have security clearances and it is likely some never did.

If we elect her, we are selecting a political organized criminal enterprise without any regard to the notion of the nation. Many will cast her ballot for her knowing quite well that that is their preference.
