I can't tell you a single positive thing, followers of Mohammed have brought anywhere in the world, in the last 1400 years even. Persians/Assyrians/Arabs yes, something Mohammed related - no! Unless the slaughter of 300 million people under the guise of Islam is somehow a positive thing.
