I hope that the mom doesn't continue in her belief that God took her little girl. The sick guy did. Or maybe she was saying that - as in “he (the boy) took her life”.

I'm pretty much done with trying to figure out WHY crap happens. And why God, who is Sovereign, allows it to happen. I just hold on to the fact that God IS Sovereign, and He loves me.

I definitely read this earlier in the day as it being that this track athlete is the one who took the life and that was what the mother was saying. "And he took her life".

Also, perhaps if she said God in that sense, it would have been a capital "H".

Just sayin'...but she was *speaking* to a reporter. How would the reporter know whether she spoke a capital H or a lowercase h?
