Steve King is a sitting Congressman.
So, to be clear, you propose Cruz, a Senator, starting impeachment proceedings in the House of Representatives?

No. that’s not what I’m proposing. Perhaps you’re unaware that King is Cruz’s Campaign National Co-Chair? That’s what I was referring to him being fired from. Try to keep up.

It did look like Carson was out. Very logical.

Maybe you know something I missed. I commented on the CNN video that was linked in this thread. If there is one that proceeds it, I would be more than happy to correct my comments...please send me the link to a CNN video the was aired prior to the one that aired 15 minutes before the caucus started.

No it didn’t look like Carson was out. That’s just the spin King put on it because he wanted Carson’s votes to go to Cruz. It wasn’t logical at all, it was dishonest. I hope King and Cruz are happy with the crap fest they’ve created. Wonder if they now think it was worth it.
I was watching Fox that evening.
While no one is talking about it (in fact, they are hiding it), they sure indicated Carson was out, as well.
So, while I do think Cruz should have asked for confirmation, both CNN and Fox sure implied Carson was out.
Until the fat lady sings, you know what they say about assuming. Now it’s a big friggin mess.

Ted Cruz, under fire for misinforming Iowa voters about the status of his rival Ben Carson’s campaign, is wrongly claiming that it is CNN’s fault.
In a strongly worded statement on Wednesday evening, CNN said, “Senator Cruz’s claims about CNN are false. At no point did the network indicate Dr. Carson would suspend his campaign.”
The controversy stems from a CNN scoop that was broadcast Monday night, minutes before the Iowa caucuses began. Reporter Chris Moody received information from the Carson campaign that he would be taking a break from the campaign trail after Iowa.
Moody, and the other CNN reporters who followed up on the report, said Carson would continue campaigning after taking a break at home in Florida. His next stop, they said, would be Washington, D.C., for the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday.
During CNN’s live coverage, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash called the move “very unusual,” but said nothing about Carson dropping out of the race.

You claim there was a broadcast not a thread prior to the one I posted about. I said I would consider your argument if you can show me the link to the broadcast so I can see it myself. Your original response to me was not fact, just a personal attack. So...I’m still waiting.
