Karl Rove is just trying to stir up trouble. Nobody is going to "re-do" the Iowa caucus and why would we want to?
Let's move on from Iowa. It served its purpose by reducing the race to three candidates (Cruz, Trump, Rubio). For those three, it's effectively a three-way tie headed into New Hampshire on Tuesday.
