CNN reported “breaking news” that Carson was “taking a break” from the campaign.
The Cruz supporter who tweeted this did not use the word “suspend.” He accurately repeated the CNN report.
MSM, Dems, GOPee ... they are all playing Trump and Cruz for fools.

CNN is lying. I listened to the tape. They were giving the impression that Carson was poised to drop out.

The only thing the Cruz campaign did wrong was accepting CNN’s story and not checking with the Carson campaign for the truth before taking action.
Cruz thinks his supporters are stupid and will believe everything he says even though it has been proven by emails, videos, tweets and the clock that they lied about Carson dropping out,, All Cruz would have had to do is take 30 seconds to call Carson or his CM to validate what he is saying,,
but of course Cruz nor his scumbag Campaign Manager(that guy is a real creep) was going to call the Carson campaign to validate because he knew it wasn’t the truth and then he couldn’t continue with the Carson leaving the race story(he made up) to take Carson’s votes.. CNN NEVER said Carson was leaving the race and Cruz knew that
even after the Carson people officially said he’s not leaving the race(including Carson’s wife in a caucus hall pleading her husband’s case) the Cruz camp still went pedal to the metal with the false story to grab those votes..
I’m telling you this thing isn’t going away and it’s going to hurt Cruz with the voters (as I have already seen on Newsmax tonight Cruz voters switching from him in disgust for what he did to a good man).. as it should

So here’s the facts- the Carson campaign gives cnn his schedule; cnn reports it as breaking news. They’re concerned about it; Cruz, Rubio campaign tweets this breaking news; both campaigns report it to campaign in Iowa; they ask voters the cnn story & tell voters to support their candidate...omg its much ado about nothing!
Before this race heated up, Free Republic was full of conversations about conservatism and policy. Now members who were rarely seen and heard before have come out of the woodwork, and the conversations seem to be “nasty” this, “unlikeable” that, “slimy”, “liar”, and on and on with no substance.
Cruz has consistent, solid conservative ratings based on his track record. EVERY conservative organization that rates these things puts him at the top of the list.
Some of the ones posting personal attacks against him are liberal trolls, some are GOPe which is just as bad, and some are just easily swayed because they still trust CNN and GOPe and other anticonservative sources.
Wake up people!
Cruz, Trump, and Carson are the conservative outsiders. These are who I support and in that order. Get off the stupid personal attacks and start discussing conservatism. Aren’t you tired of being abused by the uniparty?

We now know that most precincts never even heard the rumor that CNN reported.
We also know that Rubio and Trump people were doing the same thing as Cruz people where the rumor was known. They were all trying to get the Carson people to switch.
