Wrong, he was 100% consistent. Nothing in the videos shows otherwise. He was against birthright citizenship and says it will probably take a constitutional amendment to change it.

As a Cruz guy, he disappoints me with his take on Birthright (Anchor Baby) Citizenship.
All it takes is an Act of Congress to clarify the Law, not a Constitutional Amendment.
In this case, Trump has it right and Cruz has it wrong, very wrong.
